Jeremy Woodward is a fitness trainer with heart. Jeremy is the owner and founder of Jeremy’s BOOTCAMP.  Whether you are training for a triathlon or just want to get in shape, Jeremy will work closely with you to ensure that all of your fitness goals are met. His motto is “Live Life to the Fittest” and he lives up to that every day and inspires others to do the same.

Some might say Jeremy is a miracle but no one can deny that he is an inspiration. After barely surviving 2 heart failures and corresponding open-heart surgeries, Jeremy has continued to accomplish amazing athletic feats while leaving a trail of inspiration along the way. Just 3 years after his last open heart surgery, Jeremy not only finished Ironman Lake Placid but was one of the top fundraisers, raising $200,000 for the NH Nature Conservancy. “So we’ll have places to go to ride our bikes and have places to swim and train.”

Jeremy is a Personal Trainer, USA Triathlon Level 1 Triathlon Coach, UESCA Triathlon Coach, UESCA Running Coach, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, USA Swimming Coach as well as a GEAR Indoor Cycling Instructor.  Jeremy holds a 5th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and has earned a Black Sash in Kung-Fu. Since his surgeries, Jeremy has gone on to win several awards and recognitions. His 2010 fundraising efforts won him the NH Conservation Hero Award and a Commendation from the Governor of NH, John Lynch; his ability to overcome heart failure and succeed as an athlete won him the Medtronic Global Hero Award (one of 25 in the world). Jeremy was a 2016 and 2017 Quarterfinalist for the Men’s Health Magazine Ultimate Guy Cover Contest.  In 2012 Jeremy was named one of the Union Leader’s 40 under 40, a program that recognizes emerging leaders with a record of professional and volunteer accomplishment in New Hampshire. Jeremy was also selected as the 2014 Concord Young Professional of the Year at the Chamber Pinnacle Awards. In Jeremy has been featured on many media networks that include CNN, NBC, Sports Illustrated (SI.COM) and was one of three finalists for the 2015 NH Rising Star Young Professional of the Year.

Jeremy understands the importance of life and making a difference, so finishing an Ironman was just the beginning. For the 2018/2019 season Jeremy will be representing Tedy Bruschi’s TEAM for the 5th year in a row at the Boston Marathon and raising money for the America Stroke/Heart Association.

Jeremy, along with 7 other athletes were the feature of a documentary which was released in the spring of 2016 about 7 athletes all with heart issues who are training for the World’s toughest single day endurance event; The Ford IRONMAN Triathlon in Tempe, Arizona.

Jeremy’s BOOTCAMP recently awarded a top fitness industry recognition as the 2014 MINDBODY BOLD Business of the Year!  Jeremy lives in Concord, NH where he lives with his family: wife Brook and three young daughters Elliana, Bryn and Isla.  Always moving forward with dedication, ambition and an incredibly positive energy, Jeremy truly does Live Life to the Fittest.
